ZoneCommand Pro features many industry FIRSTS - now it's our exclusive Command Report. This report is more than just a detailed incident log. The Command Report provides unprecedented incident depth. What's more, there's nothing new that command needs to do to get the report. It's immediately available when you close the incident.
Some commands assign crew number designations (e.g., CREW1, CREW2, etc.) during incident operations and refer to the crew number instead of the unit name (e.g., Engine 5). To help command operate more efficiently, ZoneCommand Pro now includes an optional feature to automatically number units as tasks are assigned. The crew number designation appears automatically on the dashboard for quick reference.
If you would like to use this feature for your department, contact us for set-up details.
Prior to Version 3.1, it was necessary to close assigned tasks as a separate action when assigning a new task. Now command can do it in one action.
Simply drag the new task to the unit for assignment. ZoneCommand Pro will automatically detect that the unit is already assigned an active task. Command can tap CLOSE and ASSIGN and ZoneCommand Pro will do the rest.
Prior to Version 3.1, the task designation for assigned units was limited to only one assignment at-a-time, even if you split crews.
Now, ZoneCommand Pro will automatically display up to two task designations for a split crew. The first assigned task appears at the top of the unit on the Incident Command Dashboard (ICD) and the second on the bottom (see left image). What's more, when you assign a new task to a split crew, the App will automatically display the current "split assignments" and allow you to select which task to CLOSE and ASSIGN (see right image).
We're eliminating the Google Sign In process in Version 3.2 so that it operates like our ZoneEMS App. This change will streamline the Sign In process and eliminate the Sign In inconveniences that can sometimes occur between Google and your Cloud Storage account.
